Attorney Howard Getz founded the firm in 1968. He is a respected criminal defense attorney who has appeared several times on Court TV as a legal commentator and moderator.
Mr. Getz was joined in the practice by his son-in-law, criminal defense attorney Michael I. Braverman in 1999. He was an assistant district attorney in the New York County District Attorney's Office who also practiced law at a large law office. Attorney James Benintendi is an associate at the firm.
